You already know SunPass customers save an average of 25% on tolls when compared to TOLL-BY-PLATE.
With SunPass Savings, starting September 1, 2022, customers can save even more on tolls!
NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED. SunPass customers just need to meet the eligibility requirements below.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR SUNPASS SAVINGS?

Windshield
SunPass account or Florida interoperable account* must be in good standing.

Customers with two-axle vehicles only. Click here to determine the number of axles on your vehicle.

Transactions
A transponder with 40 or more paid transactions that occur within a calendar month.

SunPass or Florida interoperable customers traveling on the Turnpike System and FDOT facilities.

* Florida interoperable transponders are E-PASS, Uni, and LeeWay.


HOW DOES SUNPASS SAVINGS WORK?

Lowest Toll Rate

SunPass Savings started on September 1, 2022 and ended on December 31, 2022. Toll Relief information coming soon!

All Toll Roads

Each transponder with 40-79 paid transactions that occur within a calendar month automatically receive a 20% SunPass Savings credit.

Interoperability

Each transponder with 80+ paid transactions that occur within a calendar month automatically receive a 25% SunPass Savings credit.

SunPass Plus Parking

SunPass Savings credit will be posted to accounts on the 10th of the following month.



HOW TO DETERMINE IF YOU QUALIFY FOR SUNPASS SAVINGS

Account login Login to your SunPass account.
Account loginSelect "Activity" from the left side menu options.
Account loginFilter by "SunPass Savings Transactions".
Account loginSelect the Date Type to "Transaction Date".
Account loginSelect "Start Date" and "End Date" to coincide with the month you would like to review
Account loginEnter transponder number you would like to review.
Account loginSelect "PDF" or "Excel" to download.

Account login Log in to your SunPass Account.
Account loginSelect "Activity" from the left side menu options.
Account loginFilter by "SunPass Savings Credit" and do NOT enter Transponder Number.
Account login*Select the 9th as the "Start Date" and 10th as the "End Date".

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT SUNPASS SAVINGS

All SunPass customers meeting the eligibility requirements are included in the SunPass Savings program. No registration is required.

Yes, if you meet SunPass Savings eligibility requirements by having 40+ paid transponder-based transactions within a calendar month, traveling on the Turnpike System or an FDOT facility in a 2-axle vehicle, the SunPass Savings credit will apply to all of those eligible paid transactions within that calendar month. For example, if you travel on the Turnpike System to and from work 5 days a week in a two-axle vehicle, passing through 2 tolling points per day, you would pay for 40+ transactions within that calendar month. As long as your account is in good standing, you will receive a 20% SunPass Savings credit on all 40+ paid transactions on the 10th of the following month.

Yes, the two programs are separate from one another. The SunPass Savings Program includes paid transactions on Turnpike System and FDOT Facilities while the Frequent Driver Rewards Program includes paid transactions on MDX facilities. The paid transaction for the two programs cannot be combined to reach the minimum of 40.

Yes, each transponder assigned to your account that has 40 or more paid transactions will be eligible for SunPass Savings as long as your account is in good standing, and you are traveling on the Turnpike System or an FDOT facility in a 2-axle vehicle.

Yes. If you take your SunPass portable in a rental vehicle these paid transactions will be included towards your monthly total as long as you meet the eligibility requirements.
