To ensure accuracy, each transponder is rigorously tested before shipping. The Type IIb and Type IIe transponders carry a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. Should your transponder malfunction, or if you experience a problem due to a manufacturing error, call 1-888-TOLL-FLA (1-888-865-5352) before sending it to the following address.

Please do NOT return a malfunctioning transponder to a Wachovia Bank branch or any retailer as they are not equipped to assist in this area.

The Type III transponder (with the LCD window) carries a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
